If you are an international student looking to study in the US, there are about 100 colleges that offer full scholarships for admitted students. You have to be amongst the top students in your country. If you are not, here are some websites that can help you search for smaller scholarships.
 
Eastern Stream Center on Resources and Training - Is a national resource center dedicated to migrant education since 1986. They offer all sorts of services and resources for migrant families and have a hotline to help you with any questions! 1-800-234-8848.

Education USA -Get all the information you need to know about higher education in the US from the official US Department of State Website.

EduPass - Gives tips and links to other resources to find scholarships for international students. Financial Aid for Undergraduate International Students (NAFSA) (Link to: http://www.nafsa.org/about/default.aspx?id=7952 and delete) -Provides tips and lists sources of additional information

Foreign Born -Helpful website on how to find scholarships for international students to study in US, scholarships for foreign students, financial aid to study in US college or university.

Funding US Study - Once you choose the state where you'd like to study, this website will find the schools that offer aid and give you specifics of their programs.

International Education Financial Aid - Enter the type of award, your location of interest and fields of study and see what comes up!

Rotary International Scholarships -Offers Ambassadorial Scholarships.

Scholarship Experts -Has a special database of scholarships for international students. This is a service of financial aid professionals, who find the most appropriate scholarships for your situation. Although this is a paid service, the company prides itself on saving you time by having the most up to date listing of awards, which are reviewed annually.

The University of Oregon -Gives helpful tips for Scholarhips and Financial aid for international students such as the International Cultural Service Program (ICSP) Tuition Scholarships, International Dean’s Excellence Award (IDEA) for New International Students, and Other Scholarships for International Students.
